Owned and Operated by Herb and Fran Richardson of Sparks, Nevada since January 2007. Husband and Chef, Herb, attended culinary school at the City Hotel in Columbia California many years ago.  He has owned and worked in food establishments ranging from Omelet houses to 5-star French restaurants.
